Virbhadra Singh, Congress veteran and former Himachal Pradesh CM, passes away at 87

The veteran political leader breathed his last at Indira Gandhi Medical College (IGMC) at 3:40 am, senior Medical Superintendent, Dr. Janak Raj said.
