Manipur by-elections: Voting underway in four assembly seats

The fate of 11 candidates will be decided in Manipur by-elections being conducted in Lilong and Wangjing-Tentha seats in Thoubal district, Saitu in Kangpokpi and Wangoi in Imphal West.
