3320 coronavirus cases and 95 deaths in 24 hours; India’s COVID-19 tally inches closer to 60000-mark

India on Saturday (May 9, 2020) recorded 3320 new cases of coronavirus infection and 95 deaths in the last 24 hours. According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of cases in India rose to 59662, including 39834 active cases, 17847 cured/discharged and one migrated, and 1981 fatalities.
