Plea in Delhi High Court seeks judicial inquiry, CBI probe into Delhi fire

The plea filed in Delhi HC by Advocate Awadh Kaushik said that the government and concerned authorities must frame strict guidelines in order to avoid Delhi Anaj Mandi fire like incidents in future.
