Clean chit to PM Narendra Modi: Ashok Lavasa opts out of EC meetings

Election Commissioner Lavasa has written a letter to CEC Sunil Arora stating that he is forced to stay away from the meetings of the Full Commission since "minority decisions" were not being recorded.
