Snowfall and rains lash entire North India; Cold wave conditions intensify

Following a wet spell and snowfall at several places, cold wave conditions intensified across North India on Tuesday. Parts of Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir received a fresh spell of snow due to Western Disturbances leading to a sudden dip in temperatures, said the India Meteorological Department.
